**Current Happenings**

October 2011: We had a wonderful week at the 2011 GSMDCA National Specialty in North Carolina

  • Jethro earned his Master Draft Dog title

  • Jethro earned one 20x weight pull leg

  • Jethro became the first Swissy ever to get High Combined at an obedience trial, he also earned High in Trial at the National Specialty obedience trial
  • Jethro was awarded the
    OFA Champion of Health Award

 


November 2011: We attended the Queen City Agility Trial in Cincinnati with Jethro and Bee

  • Bee took first place in her Novice Jumpers with Weaves class on Saturday with a 100 and 8 seconds below course time

 

  • Jethro placed second in the Excellent Jumpers with Weaves 20" Preferred Class.  He earned his 8th Master Jumpers leg and 7 PACH points!

 

 

December 2011: We attended the Crown Classic and Washingtonville Agility Trials

  • Jethro and Steve had great runs at the Crown Classic (I-X Center, Cleveland, OH) agility trial over the long weekend of December 15 – 17, 2011.  Jethro not only qualified, but placed 1 st , in Excellent A Standard Preferred Thursday and Friday, earning legs 2 and 3 for his AXP (Agility Excellent Preferred) title! 

  • Jethro also had 2 qualifying runs in Excellent B Jumpers with Weaves Preferred, earning legs 9 and 10 for his MJP (Master Jumpers Preferred) and placing 3 both runs! Jethro is now:
    CH Shadetree Xenia of TwinPine, UDX, RE, AXP, MJP, MDD, BDD, WWD, VGSX

  • Bee is coming along nicely in her agility runs.  At the Washingtonville, OH trial over the weekend of December 3 rd and 4 th, she Double Q’d both days, earning legs 2 and 3 in Novice Jumpers with Weaves for her NAJ (Novice Agility Jumpers) title!  She also earned standard legs 1 and 2 in Novice Agility. 

  • At the Crown Classic, December 15 – 17, 2011, she earned leg 3 with a 3 rd placement in her standard Novice class for the NA (Novice Agility) title! She also earned legs 1 and 2 in Open Jumpers with Weaves (Thursday’s qualifying leg was good enough for a 4 th placement), as well as leg 1 in Open standard.  Bee is now:
    One Ash The Golden Bee, CDX, GN, RE, NA, NAJ
